What you will do

  • Run multiple simultaneous projects to implement new applications and systems based on business and customer objectives.
  • Drive delivery of services and manage customer inquiries and requests.
  • Facilitate weekly project meetings and monthly status reporting, including documentation and action items.
  • Negotiate project resources with managers and communicate resourcing needs to Product Engineering and Sales.
  • Tailor the balance of scope, schedule, resources, and quality based on industry best practices and business strategy.
  • Mentor peers on project management methodologies and identify process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry required.
  • Advanced proficiency in WBS, project scheduling, estimations, and financial tracking.
  • Expertise in SDLC methodologies and basic architecture comprehension.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, and resource tools (e.g., Jira, SAP, Clarity).
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to travel between 10% and 40%.
