What you will do

• Manage and drive direct sales into Commercial Accounts to achieve and exceed quota responsibilities.
• Create and implement strategic plans focused on enterprise-wide deployments of hirify.global products and services.
• Develop and leverage executive relationships with key buyers and influencers in Commercial accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to generate winning Contract Bids, Proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and Statements of Work.
• Negotiate business terms with clients to establish strong, long-term win-win relationships.
• Collaborate with MAMs, Technical Sales Engineers, Consulting Professionals, and the BDR team.

Requirements

• Proven ability to sell technology solutions to enterprise customers.
• Professional experience within the network security industry.
• Demonstrated track record of significant over-quota achievement and career stability.
• Proven experience in closing large-scale deals.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for both executives and individual contributors.
• Fluency in English and Serbian is a must.
