TL;DR

Sales Director (Cybersecurity): Driving revenue growth and pipeline development within the TOLA region for a proactive exposure management platform with an accent on enterprise software sales and complex procurement navigation. Focus on closing seven-figure deals, building executive relationships, and expanding the platform footprint within Fortune 1000 accounts.

Location: Remote within the TOLA region (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama). Domestic travel required.

What you will do

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings goals.
  • Build and develop a pipeline of qualified opportunities to capture new logos and expand current accounts in the TOLA region.
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual close rates with high accuracy.
  • Create account-specific strategies for top expansion opportunities and maintain executive relationships.
  • Coordinate with Sales Engineering and Professional Services to align technical resources with customer needs.
  • Report standardized sales metrics and provide market feedback to product teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling enterprise software in cloud, network, or security industries.
  • Proven track record of closing large seven-figure enterprise deals.
  • Experience with consultative solution-selling for complex enterprise customers.
  • Must be based in the TOLA region (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama).
  • Ability to translate complex technology into value propositions for executives.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SDN and hybrid-cloud environments.
  • Success selling into Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Energy, or High Tech verticals.
