What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial agreements including sales, channel partner, procurement, and technology licensing contracts.
• Advise business teams on EU regulatory requirements, GDPR compliance, export controls, and anti-bribery programs.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks while proposing practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Manage external counsel on disputes and specialized legal matters.
• Collaborate with senior executives to develop internal processes and templates that enhance compliance and efficiency.

Requirements

• Law degree and qualification to practice law in at least one EU jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of legal experience, including training at a reputable international law firm and in-house experience at a multinational corporation.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record in commercial transactions, international contracting, and cross-border legal issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across jurisdictions.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German with experience negotiating agreements under German law.
• Industry background in technology, telecommunications, or innovation-driven sectors.
• Strong intellectual property expertise.
