Salary: $160,000.00 - 180,000.00

What you will do

• Prospect and expand the customer portfolio within the US Army and DoD, specifically focusing on ground mobility.
• Deliver technical presentations and collaborate with engineering teams to provide tailored services.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and proposal writing to contract negotiation.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform and update company growth strategies.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the defense sector.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States is a precondition (no sponsorship provided).
• 5+ years of US DoD Capture and Business Development experience within the Army environment.
• Proven track record in selling engineering services or software products to the federal government.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading and maintaining trust in a fast-growing startup.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical customers.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of DoD Capture/BD experience and a current security clearance.
• Deep working knowledge of the FAR and FedGov procurement processes.
• Existing business network connections in key Army ground mobility posts (e.g., Aberdeen Proving Ground, Huntsville).
• Experience with Export Controlled projects and ITAR policies.
• Familiarity with safety standards such as UL4600 and MIL-STD-882E.
