Location: Must reside locally in the greater Fort Bragg area (Fayetteville/Southern Pines, NC)

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 + Commission + Equity

What you will do

  • Expand relationships across JSOC and Tier 1 SOF units to identify and address mission-critical gaps.
  • Lead and maintain command of embedded personnel (FSRs, FSEs, Liaisons) across diverse operational units.
  • Drive end-to-end opportunity development from problem identification through pilot and scaled deployment.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to rapidly prototype and field solutions in high-tempo environments.
  • Execute a targeted BD strategy leveraging non-traditional acquisition pathways like OTAs and SBIRs.
  • Represent the company within the SOF community, articulating value in operational terms during exercises and engagements.

Requirements

  • Must hold a TS clearance and be eligible for SCI; prior ACCM access required.
  • Must reside locally in the Fort Bragg/Fayetteville/Southern Pines area.
  • Deep, proven experience operating in or selling into JSOC / Tier 1 SOF environments.
  • Strong understanding of SOF mission sets, operational workflows, and technology gaps in software, ISR, and tactical edge systems.
  • Demonstrated success navigating non-traditional acquisition pathways and transitioning capabilities into programs of record.
  • Ability to travel frequently (40–60%) to maintain proximity to units and stakeholders.
