Salary: $76,500 – $130,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership roadmap to expand national distribution footprint.
  • Design partnership frameworks to convert relationships with brokers, technology platforms, and general agents into sustainable revenue channels.
  • Establish executive-level relationships with leaders across the employee benefits ecosystem.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Technology, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify high-value partnership opportunities and emerging distribution models.
  • Establish performance frameworks to measure success through revenue generation and market penetration.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in employee benefits, group insurance, strategic partnerships, or distribution strategy.
  • Proven success in executing strategic partnerships within the insurance industry.
  • Deep understanding of broker distribution models, general agent networks, and benefits technology platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must be based in the US (indicated by US-specific benefits and corporate structure).

Nice to have

  • Experience with HRIS systems, payroll providers, or benefits administration platforms.
  • Knowledge of group disability, paid family and medical leave, or supplemental insurance.
  • Established relationships within national broker organizations or GA networks.
  • MBA or advanced business degree.
