What you will do

  • Lead capture strategy and execute plans for priority opportunities across the DoD and broader federal market.
  • Develop win themes, discriminators, and teaming strategies to improve probability of win.
  • Own pricing strategy, cost narratives, and commercial structures in partnership with finance and legal.
  • Govern proposal execution to ensure submissions are compliant, persuasive, and aligned with win strategy.
  • Build and refine a repeatable capture-and-close operating model to scale across portfolio companies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in capture management, contracts, or proposal strategy within defense, aerospace, or national security.
  • Strong understanding of DoD and federal acquisition pathways, including FAR/DFARS, OTAs, SBIR/STTR, and IDIQs.
  • Proven track record of leading full-lifecycle federal pursuits from capture to award.
  • Must be based in the continental United States.
  • Ability and willingness to obtain a U.S. security clearance is required (active clearance preferred).
