Salary: $160,000 - $220,000

What you will do

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify and qualify Army business opportunities.
• Engage acquisition leaders and end-users to translate their needs into product engineering requirements.
• Lead the development of strategic "win themes," capture plans, and high-value federal proposals.
• Plan and lead customer meetings, industry days, and strategic conferences.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the product roadmap aligns with Army priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally with an engineering background.
• 5+ years experience in U.S. Army acquisitions (PEO or R&D) or defense tech business development for air defense/CUAS.
• Strong knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and U.S. Government procurement processes.
• Proven success in writing federal proposals and capturing multi-million-dollar awards.
• Eligibility to obtain a Top Secret / SCI (TS/SCI) clearance.

Nice to have

• Recent experience as an acquisitions professional at Army PAE Fires.
• Operational experience in Army air defense or C-UAS.
