What you will do

• Manage engineering design projects for clients in the industrial sector, including Automotive, Oil&Gas, and Batteries.
• Oversee tender management and the preparation of offers for engineering scopes.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams across various countries (Process, Piping, Instrumentation, Architecture, Structure, MEP).
• Directly lead project execution or collaborate with Project Engineers to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the engineering field.
• Technical background in Structure, Architecture, Building services, Process, or Mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Navis, and AutoCAD viewers.
• Fluent English.
• Valid driving license.
• Mobility for business trips in Romania and abroad.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar professional certification.
