What you will do

• Lead and coordinate automotive development projects following internal project management guidelines.
• Create and manage project plans, including resource, schedule, and cost planning.
• Ensure customer supply during the realization phase and coordinate compensation solutions for start-up disturbances.
• Develop SCM and logistics structures for suppliers across plants and customer interfaces.
• Manage container and packaging concepts for internal and external logistics.
• Coordinate spare parts service requirements from start of production (SOP) through post-end of production (EOP).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Technical field or Business Administration.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar project management position.
• Knowledge of product distribution chains and specific logistics processes.
• Proficiency in project management, problem-solving techniques, change management, and Lean methods (Six Sigma).
• Advanced English proficiency is a must; German is considered a plus.
• Strong communication, conflict management, and process-oriented thinking skills.
