What you will do

• Conduct patient outreach for enrollment, benefits coordination, and financial assistance assessment.
• Perform insurance verification and manage prescription delivery arrangements.
• Provide direct patient support and triage complex medical inquiries to pharmacists.
• Resolve routine and escalated issues through outbound communication with patients, doctors, and insurers.
• Document all interactions and data discovery in accordance with operating procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with management, pharmacy teams, compliance, and engineering.

Requirements

• Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA and able to work onsite.
• 1-2+ years of experience in customer service or an inbound call center.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn complex new software and maintain high operational focus.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Must be available for rotating shifts and mandatory Saturday rotations.
