What you will do
- Manage low- and high-complexity claims status inquiries, including appeals and internal requests.
- Investigate and resolve member billing issues to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain precise documentation within CareHub and SharePoint systems.
- Audit member bill payment requests and prepare them for supervisor approval.
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with both healthcare providers and members.
- Analyze billing error trends and document root causes to support operational solutions.
Requirements
- Must be based in Dallas, Texas
- Proven experience in revenue cycle management, billing, and provider support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data normalization.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and RCM performance metrics.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
