What you will do

• Manage and coach a team of Advanced AV Operators to ensure safety and professionalism.
• Review and audit operator reports on vehicle behavior and software errors to provide actionable feedback for engineering teams.
• Design, implement, and update training programs, SOPs, and reference materials using Adult Learning Principles.
• Establish and lead a scalable peer-mentorship program to develop operator skills.
• Collaborate with Senior Training Management to evolve the program as technology and fleet size grow.
• Serve as the onsite liaison between training and technical operations to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in Atlanta, GA
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Training Management, Learning & Development, or Operations Management.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for at least 3 years.
• Available for off-shift schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable spending 20–30 hours per week in vehicles during live operations

Nice to have

• Experience in the Autonomous Vehicle, Transportation, or Logistics industries.
• Proficiency with software/project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Previous experience in technical writing or technical reporting.
