What you will do

• Build and expand long-term, value-based relationships with key accounts using consultative selling at all levels.
• Prospect for new business and conduct sales calls to actively grow the territory.
• Focus on customer retention and satisfaction while providing technical support and consultant services.
• Manage the sales pipeline, set pricing, and coordinate customer quotations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Operations to ensure proper inventory levels.
• Demonstrate and maintain a strong commitment to personal and team safety.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the distribution industry.
• Experience with Food Ingredients (raw chemicals) in manufacturing or distribution is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Czech/Slovak languages.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory (Czech Republic and Slovakia).
• Strong business acumen and experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
