TL;DR

Financial Services Coach (Insurance): Guiding and developing a cohort of apprentices to achieve qualifications and competencies with an accent on quality standards and KPI alignment. Focus on delivering training sessions, monitoring learner progress, and coaching for End Point Assessments.

Location: Onsite (United Kingdom). Full, clean UK driving license required.

Salary: £32,000 - £42,400 / year

What you will do

  • Conduct initial skills assessments and manage all onboarding administration for apprentices.
  • Facilitate monthly progress meetings and lead group training sessions in alignment with Ofsted requirements.
  • Track and document learner progress against agreed objectives and key milestones.
  • Coach apprentices on selecting and presenting evidence for their portfolio in preparation for End Point Assessment (EPA).
  • Collaborate with line managers to ensure timely achievement of programme goals and planned end dates.

Requirements

  • Experience in coaching or training roles.
  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Insurance (CII).
  • Several years of occupational experience in the insurance sector.
  • Experience working within a regulatory environment such as Ofsted or ESFA.
  • Functional skills in maths and English at a minimum of Level 2.
  • Full, clean UK driving license.

Nice to have

  • Assessor qualification.
  • Teaching qualification.
  • Understanding of EPA requirements and processes.
