What you will do

• Deliver engaging training sessions on key IT systems and tools to staff.
• Create clear, user-friendly training materials and resources.
• Support the ongoing development of the IT training strategy.
• Collaborate with the IT team to test, refine, and improve workflow systems.
• Develop an understanding of best practices in case handling across various legal areas.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a training role, preferably within IT.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UK office network.
• Open mind and willingness to learn new systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Mattersphere or Microsoft 365.
• Previous experience working in a multi-site environment.
• Familiarity with legal case management systems.
