What you will do

• Lead the development and delivery of training programmes in line with regulatory requirements and best practice.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the training team.
• Design and implement training plans aligned with operational needs and business objectives.
• Maintain accurate training records and competency frameworks.
• Collaborate with Quality and Technical teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and audit readiness.
• Conduct training audits, support SOP development, and manage onboarding for new production staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience in training, L&D, or competency‑based roles, ideally within a regulated, technical, or production environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
• Experience designing and delivering structured training programmes.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, quality systems, or regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Pudsey, UK.
