What you will do

• Deliver and support Civil Global IDT programs, ensuring consistency with global standards and regulatory obligations.
• Mentor and coach instructors through demonstration, feedback, and modeling of best instructional practices.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of instructor-facing courseware and digital learning materials.
• Collaborate with Training Managers and global Standards leadership to forecast training needs and support pipeline readiness.
• Apply performance metrics (OKRs, KPIs) to track instructor progress and identify opportunities for instructional excellence.
• Facilitate online training sessions using modern digital tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Hold or have held an ICAO ATPL or CPL license.
• Hold or have held an FAA instructor certificate or a Part FCL instructor certificate (EASA member state).
• Three or more years of experience delivering or managing instructor training in an ATO, AOC, or global training organization.
• Working knowledge of regulatory training frameworks such as EASA Part FCL/ORA or FAA Parts 61/135/142.
• Expertise in adult learning principles, facilitation, and competency-based training (CBTA/EBT).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Word for virtual facilitation.
