• Deliver high-quality technical training on hirify.global DNA DCS, QCS, and measurement products to UK customers.
• Develop and manage a structured training schedule and customer-specific course offerings.
• Support the Western Europe region in the rollout of DNAe automation systems.
• Mentor and coach early-career engineers to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
• Create and maintain engaging technical training content across classroom, hands-on, and digital formats.
• Contribute to business growth by expanding the UK training service portfolio.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid UK Driving License.
• Background in automation engineering, DCS systems, or technical training.
• Experience in delivering or developing technical training programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple priorities.
