Site EHS Advisor (Pharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Promote and maintain a proactive health and safety culture on a pharmaceutical construction project.
• Assess site hazards, conduct audits and inspections, and monitor health and safety performance.
• Implement hirify.global and client health and safety policies, procedures, programmes and plans.
• Coordinate incident investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training, workshops and awareness briefings while coaching safe work practices.
• Support the Site Lead and Construction Manager with statutory health and safety duties and compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience overseeing EHS responsibilities in R&D or manufacturing operations.
• CSP or a comparable recognized international safety certification, EIT, PE or relevant certification.
• Certification and education required to work as a site health and safety or prevention officer under local regulations.
• Experience applying country, regional and local health and safety regulations and implementing behavioural safety programmes.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
