What you will do

• Promote a proactive health & safety culture and maintain strong relationships with client representatives.
• Ensure full compliance with H&S legislation and integrate company policies with site operating procedures.
• Implement active monitoring through audits, inspections, and industry best practices.
• Monitor and report H&S performance using predefined leading and lagging indicators.
• Coordinate incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver safety training, workshops, and awareness briefings.

Requirements

• Recognized Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or extensive sector experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a related role.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Advanced knowledge of construction health and safety principles.
• Experience implementing behavioral safety programs and H&S management systems.

Nice to have

• Chartered member of IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
