What you will do

• Own the delivery of multi-tower modernization programs, ensuring outcomes meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate cross-tower teams, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies across the modernization landscape.
• Integrate diverse technical solutions including application modernization, cloud migration, mainframe, and network/edge infrastructure.
• Lead technical solution management activities such as scoping, PoC framing, and delivery readiness.
• Manage SoW creation and review, ensuring clear deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and deliver high-impact client presentations to articulate value propositions and project narratives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading complex, multi-tower modernization programs.
• Broad expertise across applications, cloud, mainframe, and network/edge domains.
• Proven ability to consolidate technical solutions into a single, cohesive client outcome.
• Strong hands-on experience with scoping, PoC framing, and SoW creation.
• Excellent client communication and storytelling skills for value proposition articulation.
• Must be based in or able to work from Brussels, Belgium.

Nice to have

• Experience with GT10 (large/strategic) deal and delivery management.
• Track record of managing modernization in hybrid estates involving multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with hirify.global Agentic AI Framework (KAF) and Technology Lifecycle Plays (TLPs).
