What you will do

• Own and operate end-to-end project intake, prioritization, and portfolio management aligned with business goals.
• Design and optimize AI-driven workflows to automate scheduling, workload balancing, and communications via Asana, Jira, and Slack.
• Define marketing program objectives and KPIs, monitoring progress through data-driven performance indicators.
• Forecast resource constraints using AI-powered alerts and resolve capacity or budget risks.
• Manage vendor and agency relationships to ensure contract compliance and on-time delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior Marketing Operations professionals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in agency traffic management, project management, or marketing operations.
• 2+ years of experience leading senior individual contributors.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows for scheduling, intake, or resource management.
• Strong command of Asana, Jira, Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to communicate data-driven insights to executive leadership and Private Equity stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
