What you will do
- Define and lead long-term fraud prevention strategies across products, geographies, and operational domains.
- Serve as a strategic technical expert, building and implementing AI-driven solutions to improve program efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to address fraud, scams, and promotion abuse with company-level impact.
- Own major incident response, including root cause analysis and long-term solution delivery.
- Coach program managers and develop fraud program management practices and risk frameworks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program management or risk control within the fraud domain.
- Deep expertise in fraud detection systems, rule design, and control lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience building AI solutions, including agentic workflows and LLMs.
- Strong technical fluency with working SQL skills and ability to analyze fraud risk data.
- Must be able to work from the London office 2-3 days per week.
- Ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments and communicate across global time zones.

- Background in payments, fintech, or remittance.
- Financial crimes certifications (CFE, CFCS).
- Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, or related field.
