What you will do

• Develop and direct the Project Delivery organization as a strategic thought leader and escalation point.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, business cases, and cross-functional leadership.
• Define, plan, and manage department KPIs, OKRs, and strategic PMO initiatives.
• Facilitate standardization of project delivery design to mitigate risk and meet customer timeframes.
• Oversee divisions of labor, staffing needs, and budgeting for the department.
• Mentor and develop Project Delivery Directors and Managers through training and leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management and professional services.
• 10+ years of experience in personnel management and development.
• Proven experience implementing managed services and information technology solutions.
• Strong skills in data analysis, process definition, and organizational design.
• Technical understanding of Cloud (Azure), Networking, Cyber Security, and Disaster Recovery.
• Proficiency with Office 365, Intune, and Entra ID.

Nice to have

• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, Prince).
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar project management software.
• Experience in ITIL methodology and change management processes.
