What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for 2,500+ users across 40+ sites, supporting the in-house Evolve system.
- Triage, log, and resolve technical incidents and service requests within HaloITSM.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues across multiple platforms.
- Manage the full onboarding and offboarding process, including hardware configuration and account setup.
- Develop technical documentation and guide users through resolution steps.
- Monitor system alerts and collaborate with 2nd line and field engineers to ensure stability.
Requirements
- Experience working with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune.
- Ability to handle high volumes of incoming calls and tickets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in hardware and networking troubleshooting.
- Must be based in or be able to commute to Stansted, United Kingdom.
