TL;DR

TechEx Operations Analyst (IT Support): Delivering high-quality IT support across multiple channels for hirify.global's UK operations with an accent on desktop, mobile, and enterprise system resolution. Focus on end-to-end incident ownership, supporting senior stakeholders, and providing smart hands support for infrastructure and network teams.

Location: Bedford, United Kingdom. Eligibility to work in the EU is required.

What you will do

  • Provide hands-on IT support for hardware, software, and enterprise systems via TechBar, online, phone, and in-person channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of incidents and service requests using ServiceNow, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Support meeting room technology and AV tools, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco, and Crestron.
  • Act as "smart hands" for internal infrastructure/network teams and third-party vendors for on-site technical activities.
  • Identify recurring technical trends to contribute to the evolution of support practices and the TechEx roadmap.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a client-facing IT support role within a medium to large enterprise environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS, and iOS devices in a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
  • Experience using ServiceNow within a structured, process-driven environment.
  • Practical knowledge of endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune and Apple DEP.
  • Eligibility to work in the EU and ability to travel to other company sites as required.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with digital experience monitoring tools like Nexthink.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL or Microsoft.
  • Exposure to automation tools such as Power Automate or Power Apps.
