What you will do

  • Build the company's first dedicated Change & Transformation function and scalable delivery approach from the ground up.
  • Create a comprehensive enterprise roadmap to align key initiatives and identify cross-functional dependencies.
  • Establish an operating rhythm with the ExCo and senior leaders to ensure visibility of milestones, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Manage the pace and sequencing of business-wide changes to prevent priority overlap and resource strain.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading transformation delivery, program governance, or digital delivery in a product-led tech environment.
  • Proven experience building a function or organizational capability from the ground up, particularly in ambiguous settings.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and technology delivery processes.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Advanced Roadmaps or similar visibility tools.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and executive presence to influence senior leadership.
  • Strong commercial judgment and systems thinking to connect technical changes to business outcomes.
