What you will do

• Orchestrate enterprise-wide transformation initiatives including systems modernization and global operating model alignment.
• Translate strategic priorities into detailed execution roadmaps with clear milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Partner with the SVP to synthesize complex inputs into decision-ready insights and executive-level materials.
• Establish governance frameworks, OKRs, and standardized reporting to track transformation progress.
• Align Product, Engineering, Finance, and HR teams around shared enterprise priorities and tradeoff decisions.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure transformation success, efficiency gains, and operational throughput.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, product operations, or enterprise program leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional transformation projects end-to-end.
• Must be based in or able to work in Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid).
• Strong executive communication and storytelling capabilities.
• Ability to influence without authority within a global, matrixed organization.
• Experience in the gaming or technology industry is preferred.
