Location: Must live within commuting distance of the Barcelona office and attend 3 days a week
Salary: Base €27,750 - €46,250; OTE €55,500 - €92,500

What you will do
- Execute a Territory Success Plan to surpass revenue goals across Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
- Manage high-level relationships with head coaches, executives, and video coordinators.
- Maintain a precise Salesforce pipeline with weekly revenue forecasting.
- Gather market feedback and competitive insights to influence future product strategy.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring long-term profitability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales experience or 5+ years in the basketball industry.
- Must be based in Barcelona (commuting distance) for a hybrid 3-day office schedule.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese and German is highly desired.
- Strong skills in high-volume prospecting, objection handling, and closing.
Nice to have
- Experience with Instat, Sportscode, Wyscout, or general video analysis.
- Training in Sales Challenger, MEDDIC, or similar sales methodologies.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client visits and tournaments.
