TL;DR

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end negotiation cycles for plan changes, price reviews, and retention for eligible partners.
- Ensure strict adherence to commercial policies and guardrails during all transactions.
- Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities to maintain financial sustainability and control inflation.
- Provide dedicated, single-point-of-contact support to resolve partner issues efficiently.
- Leverage CRM tools like Salesforce and Zendesk to optimize handle times and process efficiency.
- Contribute to the documentation of standardized processes to support future AI integration.
Requirements
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency are mandatory.
- Proven experience in customer service, partner support, or standard sales negotiations.
- Ability to execute defined commercial processes and guardrails with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on driving quantifiable results and efficiency.
- Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams like Strategy and CX Enablement.
- Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain.
