TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end negotiation cycles for plan changes, price reviews, and retention for eligible partners.
  • Ensure strict adherence to commercial policies and guardrails during all transactions.
  • Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities to maintain financial sustainability and control inflation.
  • Provide dedicated, single-point-of-contact support to resolve partner issues efficiently.
  • Leverage CRM tools like Salesforce and Zendesk to optimize handle times and process efficiency.
  • Contribute to the documentation of standardized processes to support future AI integration.

Requirements

  • Advanced English and Spanish proficiency are mandatory.
  • Proven experience in customer service, partner support, or standard sales negotiations.
  • Ability to execute defined commercial processes and guardrails with high attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on driving quantifiable results and efficiency.
  • Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams like Strategy and CX Enablement.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Italian or German.
