What you will do
- Manage long-term relationships with top partner clubs via proactive communication and regular business reviews.
- Travel up to 15% of the time to visit partner clubs in Germany for face-to-face meetings.
- Onboard new partner clubs by providing necessary tools and conducting demo calls with prospects.
- Identify and analyze the needs of churned or inactive partners to implement reactivation plans.
- Improve operational performance of partner clubs to increase 's revenue and service quality.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success roles.
- Native or fluent German proficiency.
- Professional business English.
- Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in the padel or racket sports industry.
- Experience with HubSpot.
