What you will do

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to grow listenership and audience engagement
• Plan and execute promotional activities including live events, competitions, and brand activations
• Collaborate with content, social, and commercial teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and sponsors
• Oversee paid social media and digital marketing strategies with a focus on performance optimization
• Develop CRM strategies and utilize internal insights to report on campaign effectiveness

Requirements

• Proven marketing experience, ideally within the media, audio, or entertainment sectors
• Strong understanding of brand marketing, audience growth, and campaign management
• Solid experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work to tight deadlines
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid)
