What you will do

• Manage paid social accounts, ensuring timely optimization and identifying strategic opportunities.
• Oversee delivery of performance commentary, weekly reporting, and innovation.
• Develop and execute methodical testing plans for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key suppliers.
• Manage forecasting and the launch of new campaigns and initiatives.
• Lead and coach junior team members, providing actionable feedback for their development.

Requirements

• Proven experience at Account Manager level in a Digital Media or Advertising role.
• Experience planning and running large-scale paid social campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest) across multiple markets.
• Strong project management and people management experience.
• Expert organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with paid social bid management platforms (e.g., 4C).
• Google Analytics experience and certification.
• Experience with programmatically-bought paid social activity.
• Knowledge of paid search and programmatic display.
