What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media plans aligned with client KPIs and objectives.
• Manage end-to-end setup and execution of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Twitter.
• Monitor campaign performance and pacing, utilizing bid rules and optimization tools to improve results.
• Produce detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring confidence in social output and agency quality.
• Oversee junior team members, monitoring workloads and ensuring all campaigns meet QA best practice standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a digital marketing or agency-based role with a proven track record of managing external stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Ability to plan large-scale campaigns across both brand and direct-response objectives.
• Proficiency in compiling insightful end-of-campaign reports and leading client presentations.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is mandatory.
