What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and management of specialist media campaigns.
• Apply advanced data analytics to understand client challenges and refine media investment strategies.
• Manage assigned teams, providing coaching and acting as the primary escalation point for issues.
• Define and monitor KPIs and metrics to ensure clients recognize the value of the media product.
• Oversee operational and financial accuracy, including reconciliation and commercial tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights for quarterly and annual business reviews.

Requirements

• Proven experience in media planning and buying across specialist channels.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in team management and coaching.
