What you will do
- Work with platforms like Google Ads (YouTube), Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to run compliant campaigns achieving client KPIs.
- Create media plans, implement advanced features (automation, bid rules, audiences), and conduct testing and optimizations.
- Analyze performance using Google Analytics and third-party tools, prepare reports, and provide insights for future activity.
- Contribute to client meetings with performance snapshots and action updates.
- Manage workload, budgets, and processes while training executives on best practices.
Requirements
- Experience setting up and optimising campaigns in Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft via SA360/Skai.
- Experience with custom audiences and automation for paid media strategy.
- Analytically minded with aptitude for large data sets, trends, and insights.
- Strong understanding of Paid Search and Social best practices (buying strategies, formats, audiences).
- Understanding of measurement via native platforms and third-party tools.
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint (charts, graphs, pivot tables); proactive, detail-oriented, effective communicator.
