What you will do

• Develop annual brand strategies aligned with revenue and market share targets.
• Drive pricing, promotional, and range optimization across retail and D2C channels.
• Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, and in-store activation.
• Analyze consumer trends, competitor activity, and performance data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to improve forecasting and in-market execution.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London for hybrid work (2-3 days per week).
• Proven experience within brand management or FMCG marketing environments.
• Strong analytical capability with experience using market insight platforms and campaign reporting tools.
• Knowledge of pricing strategy, promotional planning, and category performance optimization.
• Experience managing agencies, marketing campaigns, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and digital marketing platform skills, including CRM and analytics tools.
