What you will do

• Lead and maintain the online digital social presence, championing brands across all social platforms.
• Plan and execute the social media strategy and wider marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and ticket sales.
• Create and schedule platform-native content, including short-form videos, reels, and stories.
• Manage and update website and app content using WordPress or similar CMS.
• Handle online customer service by responding to queries and questions on social channels.
• Collaborate with the Creative Designer and PR teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery.

Requirements

• Demonstrable professional experience in social media and digital marketing within an agency or in-house setting.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt the tone of voice for different audiences.
• Experience using social media management and metric tools for analysis and planning.
• Passion for electronic music and live festivals.
• Must be based in Liverpool and available for on-site work at events during festival season.

Nice to have

• Experience using MailChimp and knowledge of HTML.
• Experience in planning and buying digital media campaigns.
