What you will do

• Shape and deliver high-impact internal events and leadership forums.
• Design and orchestrate executive town halls and employee engagement moments.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, shaping communications that address complex business priorities and employee sentiment.
• Lead the development of communication strategies that strengthen alignment, accelerate scientific progress, and reinforce the value of Research.
• Design and deliver integrated communication plans, from strategy through execution, including leadership communications, internal campaigns, and digital content.
• Collaborate across gRED, hirify.global, and Roche to ensure communication alignment.

Requirements

• BA/BS required.
• 10+ years of experience in internal communications within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong experience supporting senior leaders.
• Demonstrated expertise in communication strategy development and execution.
• Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
• Deep experience in change management communications.

• Advanced degree or background in life sciences or related field.
• Experience leading communications during organizational transformations.
• Experience across both agency and corporate environments.
• Consulting or advisory experience supporting senior executives.
