Sr. Manager, Global Communications

Location: United States, Remote

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 USD base salary per year; bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Own and execute the global media strategy across business, retail, technology, and consumer press.
• Build relationships with journalists and editors at leading business, retail, and consumer publications.
• Develop and pitch stories about hirify.global’s manufacturer-to-consumer model, category expansion, and global growth.
• Write and edit press releases, media briefs, executive commentary, fact sheets, and background materials.
• Prepare executive spokespeople for high-stakes media opportunities and lead communications for cross-functional launches.
• Direct external PR agencies, measure earned-media performance, and build scalable communications systems and playbooks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or media strategy.
• Experience with consumer brands, retail platforms, or high-growth technology companies.
• Strong relationships across business, retail, and consumer media.
• Exceptional writing, editing, organizational, and multi-project management skills.
• Experience managing agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex business ideas into clear, compelling narratives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
