Salary: $195,000 – $255,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the development of the consumer research and trend report program from concept and methodology to launch.
• Use AI tooling and platform data to surface newsworthy insights that define the live commerce category.
• Partner with data and product teams to translate complex numbers into compelling narrative assets for the media.
• Serve as the official on-the-record spokesperson for consumer trends and live shopping culture.
• Build and manage recurring content franchises, such as blogs or newsletters, delivering original industry analysis.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in PR, communications, or journalism with a strong track record in data storytelling.
• Demonstrated experience launching data-driven reports or research-backed earned media programs.
• Strong analytical instincts and the ability to translate data sets into narratives that resonate with the press.
• Exceptional writing skills to transform data points into headlines and cultural stories.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth tech or marketplace environments.
• Must be based in the US and reside within commuting distance of SF, NY, or LA hubs.
