Salary: $151,800 - $220,050

What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise Innovation & AI communications strategy in partnership with leadership.
• Create high-impact presentations and serve as a keynote speaker at conferences, client meetings, and roadshows.
• Translate complex technical AI and emerging technology concepts into business narratives focused on value, customer experience, and risk management.
• Develop and manage a wide range of content including whitepapers, RFP responses, FAQs, and thought leadership materials.
• Partner with Technology, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure messaging accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Build and maintain a centralized library of approved messaging, use cases, and executive-ready assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Technology, Journalism, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic, executive, or technology communications, or digital transformation.
• Deep understanding of AI, generative AI, and responsible AI principles.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills with advanced PowerPoint proficiency.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (CPT/OPT or sponsorship not supported).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

• Advanced degree or professional certifications in AI, PR, or Change Management.
• Experience in financial services, retirement, or other heavily regulated industries.
• Training or experience in Agile or Product Management.
