Salary: $285K – $335K + Equity

What you will do

• Own the PR strategy to position hirify.global as the leader in live commerce for business press and financial media.
• Lead executive thought leadership programs to increase visibility for senior leaders across podcasts and industry stages.
• Partner with Finance and Legal to manage communications for financial milestones and strategic announcements.
• Develop frameworks and playbooks for reputation management and proactive issues handling.
• Deepen credibility with sellers and brand partners through B2B and industry communications.

Requirements

• 12+ years of communications experience, preferably in consumer tech, marketplaces, or fintech.
• Must be located within commuting distance of Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York City.
• Proven track record of managing high-stakes communications, such as fundraises and regulatory scrutiny.
• Strong existing relationships with major business and financial press (e.g., WSJ, Bloomberg).
• Experience partnering directly with C-suite executives as a trusted advisor.
• Demonstrated people management experience leading high-performing teams.
