Salary: $224,000 — $308,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead company-wide internal communications strategy, focusing on AI transformation and operating model shifts.
• Translate high-level strategy into clear, compelling narratives that the global workforce can understand and remember.
• Oversee internal channels including Slack, intranet, and email to ensure precision in audience targeting.
• Produce and deliver Company All Hands and other executive forums, from narrative to production.
• Partner with Corporate Communications on crisis and high-stakes messaging to ensure internal-first alignment.
• Manage and grow a high-performing team covering internal content, channels, and events.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in internal, corporate, or executive communications.
• Proven track record of interacting with and influencing C-suite leaders.
• Experience leading communications through large-scale transformations in complex, global organizations.
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills to make complex concepts simple and memorable.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
