AI Solution Architect Senior Manager

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AI Solution Architects.
• Define and execute the AI architecture vision for customer experience transformation.
• Oversee enterprise AI solution design using hirify.global Cloud AI, conversational AI, generative AI, and third-party AI ecosystems.
• Establish standards for scalability, security, observability, reliability, compliance, and responsible AI.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, architecture workshops, executive briefings, and AI adoption roadmaps.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Professional Services, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, AI, cloud technologies, or customer experience platforms.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing architects, engineers, or technical consulting teams.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, conversational AI, agentic AI, machine learning, RAG, prompt engineering, AI governance, and responsible AI.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale AI solutions and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Cloud AI capabilities, customer engagement technologies, and contact center transformation.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Azure AI, Anthropic, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with vector databases, knowledge management systems, AI orchestration frameworks, and MLOps.
• Experience with data architecture, analytics, enterprise integration patterns, and AI transformation initiatives.
• AWS, Azure, GCP, or AI-related certifications.
