What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of AI Solution Architects, establishing performance goals and career progression paths.
• Define and execute the AI architecture vision aligned with corporate strategy and customer experience transformation goals.
• Oversee the design of complex AI solutions leveraging LLMs, Generative AI, and third-party AI ecosystems.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, leading strategic AI discovery sessions and architecture workshops.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science to influence AI product direction based on market trends.
• Ensure architectural standards for scalability, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise/solution architecture, AI, or cloud technologies.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing architects or technical consulting teams.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud-native AI architectures.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, or Microsoft Azure AI.
• Familiarity with vector databases, MLOps, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI-related certifications.
• Experience leading AI transformation initiatives in large enterprise environments.
