What you will do
- Develop and grow strategic relationships with Enterprise Retail Clients in the UK region.
- Own account growth strategy and measurable business impact by creating and executing data-driven account plans.
- Collaborate closely with delivery leaders, solution architects, and marketing teams to align client needs with capabilities.
- Lead complex contract negotiations and close high-value enterprise opportunities.
- Drive client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by ensuring delivery outcomes meet agreed KPIs.
- Identify and qualify expansion opportunities within existing accounts by analyzing client business goals, technology landscapes, and industry challenges.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in enterprise account management, with 10+ years of success managing and expanding strategic enterprise client accounts.
- Strong expertise in account strategy development, growth planning, and consultative selling with demonstrated measurable business outcomes.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and long-term value within complex enterprise accounts.
- Strong proficiency in engaging and managing relationships with executive-level stakeholders across client organizations.
- Practical experience aligning business objectives with technology-driven solutions in a consulting or IT services environment.
- Academic background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
