TL;DR

Client Manager (Customer Insight & Personalisation): Work with Tesco stakeholders to shape customer-centric, value-driving workplans across Insight and Personalisation, connecting customer understanding through to activation and measurement. Focus on exploring personalised customer engagement, proving supplier value, and unlocking incremental investment.

Location: Hybrid working 3 days per week across our Hammersmith and Welwyn Garden City offices (London, UK).

What you will do

  • Manage strong client relationships with Tesco stakeholders, establishing trust and delivering value.
  • Shape end-to-end workplans spanning insight, activation, and measurement for customer-centric initiatives.
  • Drive personalised customer engagement using CRM, media, and onsite/app channels.
  • Identify opportunities for increased supplier investment through targeted, measurable activities.
  • Lead a team of 3-4 Client Leads, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Partner with Data Science, Media, and Product teams on measurement strategies and experimentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing client relationships and accounts with evidence of value created.
  • Experience or strong understanding of customer engagement, loyalty, and personalisation in retail.
  • Strong solutions mindset to translate client needs into plans across insight, activation, and measurement.
  • Commercial acumen to convert opportunities for personalised activity investment.
  • Ability to use data and analytics for insights, strategic thinking, and activation planning.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams.
