#vacancy Account Manager Visa Tier is a UK-based company providing residency and citizenship solutions for individuals and businesses worldwide. With a growing portfolio across the UK, US, UAE, Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, and Ireland, we continue to expand our team with professionals who value quality service, long-term client relationships, and international standards. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage existing clients, support them throughout their immigration journey, and ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of assigned clients from onboarding to case completion.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear updates and guidance throughout the process.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, legal, case processing) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant immigration programs and additional services where appropriate.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues professionally, maintaining Visa Tier service standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Manager, or similar role.
- Experience in immigration, visa services, legal, consulting, or other high-value B2C/B2B services is a strong advantage.
- Confident English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Client-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Professional, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Benefits & Compensation:
- Base salary + 1% commission on client payments + 5% commission on upsells, + 15% from each deal ($4500)
- Average monthly income: Around $4500 (excluding upsell commissions).
