What you will do

• Own and deliver all operational and logistical aspects of global events from concept to completion.
• Lead project management using tools like Asana to track timelines, schedule meetings, and coordinate cross-functional deliverables.
• Plan and manage event budgets, including forecasting, spend tracking, and cost control to maximize ROI.
• Execute a variety of event formats, including proprietary events, third-party exhibitions, and large multi-day commercial conferences.
• Lead vendor management, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Track and analyze event performance metrics such as lead generation and pipeline contribution to support data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event operations or logistics within a fast-paced, growth-focused organization.
• Ability to independently manage all event elements from initial concept through to post-event reporting.
• Must be based in Houston, US for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Hands-on experience with event and project management tools like Cvent, Salesforce, and Asana.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally, including occasional weekends.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination across different time zones.
